2026-2027 School Year Bus Routing

The 2026-2027 school year is off to a great start! Important announcements will be posted here as the school year moves forward. 

• The Apollo Bus #19 will leave Allen East Schools promptly at 7:10 am to transport students to Apollo Career Center. The bus will be located in the bus loading parking lot at Allen East starting at approximately 7:00 am on regular Apollo School Days. In the event of a delay or cancelation, the Allen East Apollo bus will follow the Allen East delay or cancelation schedule. We will also continue to provide afternoon transportation from Apollo back to Allen East on the same bus. Students riding the Apollo bus back to Allen East will have time to transfer to their regular bus if they need transportation home. The transfers to other Allen East buses to go home will only be during normal Allen East school days. For example: If Apollo has school and Allen East does not, we will still provide transportation to and from Apollo, but there will be no additional transportation after the Apollo bus arrives back at Allen East since Allen East is not in regular session. 

• A parent, guardian, or adult the child recognizes must be present at an afternoon drop-off for any student in preschool through 3rd grade. If no adult is present, the driver will bring the child back to the Allen East Bus Garage, and you must pick them up there. For safety reasons, drivers will not wait for an adult to get to the bus stop.

• If you have an elementary child, please review the after-school bus loading lineup with them so they can get familiar with the location of the bus they are supposed to ride. Please let your child know to always look at the painted bus number on the ground in front of their assigned bus. Click here for the current lineup.
