2026-2027 School Year Bus Routing
Planning for the 2026-2027 school year is already starting! Important announcements will be posted here as the planning process moves forward.
- The Apollo Bus #19 will leave Allen East Schools promptly at 7:10 am to transport students to Apollo Career Center. The bus will be located in the bus loading parking lot at Allen East. We will also continue to provide afternoon transportation from Apollo back to Allen East on the same bus. Students riding the Apollo bus back to Allen East will have time to transfer to their regular bus if they need transportation home.
School Bus Safety Upgrade!
In March of 2026, all of our regular-route Allen East school buses have recently received a major safety upgrade with fully illuminated stop signs being installed. These stop signs deliver maximum visibility to the stopped school bus when it is needed the most: in darkness, dusk, dawn, poorly lit roads, fog, rain, and snow. The stop sign is illuminated and reflective to make the stop octagons visible in any condition, and also grabs the attention of oncoming motorists before they are close to the school bus.
